On Friday, Feb. 7, former Abbeville High School standout Caleb Freeman’s current college team, the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Albany State Golden Rams.

The game took place at Richard Gray Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Rams this season.

The Sand Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11 a.m. at Richard Gray Sports Complex against Albany State Golden Rams.
