On Tuesday, Feb. 4, former Clinton High School standouts Wilson Wages and Zane McLendon’s current college team, the Newberry Wolves, won 16-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emmanuel Lions.

The game took place at Smith Road Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. at Smith Road Complex against Wayne State Warriors.
