On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Emerald High School standout Lauralee Scott’s current college team, the Furman Paladins, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morehead State Eagles.

The game took place at Pepsi Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Paladins’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Pepsi Stadium against Northern Iowa Panthers.
