Greenwood County 2nd largest nursing home as of Q4 2023: Magnolia Manor – Greenwood

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 88 beds available, five more than the average in Greenwood County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 77.3 residents during that period.

Magnolia Manor – Greenwood had an overall rating of 2 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.8 recorded for nursing homes in South Carolina.

During the quarter, NHC Healthcare – Greenwood stood out as the largest nursing home in Greenwood County, with 152 beds available. Healthcare Center of Wesley Commons came in third place, with 80 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Magnolia Manor – Greenwood has spent a total of $650 in one fine and suffered one penalty.
