On Saturday, March 8, former Emerald High School standout Lauralee Scott’s current college team, the Furman Paladins, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.

The game took place at Pepsi Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.

The Paladins’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
