On Friday, Feb. 21, former Newberry High School standouts Adam Riefsnyder and Ryan Barnett’s current college team, the Newberry Wolves, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Carson-Newman Eagles.
The game took place at Smith Road Complex. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. at Smith Road Complex against Carson-Newman Eagles.
