On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Abbeville High School standout Caleb Freeman’s current college team, the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Florida Southern Moccasins.

The game took place at Henley Field. This was their third matchup against the Moccasins this season.

The Sand Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Stuckey Field against Middle Georgia State Knights.
