On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Abbeville High School standout Caleb Freeman’s current college team, the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks, lost 10-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Middle Georgia State Knights.
The game took place at Stuckey Field. This was their first matchup against the Knights this season.
The Sand Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Jaguar Field against Augusta Jaguars.
