The Presbyterian College men’s and women’s basketball teams have adjusted their upcoming game schedules in response to forecasts of severe weather.

According to an announcement from the college, the doubleheader originally planned for Saturday, January 24 at the Templeton Center will now see changes in timing. The women’s basketball game against Charleston Southern is rescheduled for Friday, January 23 at 6 p.m. Meanwhile, the men’s team will face Winthrop on Saturday, but with an earlier start time of 2 p.m.

“All fans will receive free admission to both games,” the college stated.

These adjustments are intended to prioritize safety while still allowing fans and athletes to participate in the scheduled events.
