On Saturday, March 8, former Abbeville High School standout Caleb Freeman’s current college team, the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgia Bobcats.

The game took place at John Kurtz Field. This was their third matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Sand Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Richard Gray Sports Complex against Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.
