Newberry County is launching an economic development strategic planning process with several public meetings scheduled throughout August.
The schedule of community meetings are as follows:
• Aug. 15, 5:30-7 p.m. at Community Hall in Newberry
• Aug. 16, 5:30-7 p.m. at Whitmire Town Council Chambers
• Aug. 22, 5:30-7 p.m. at The Depot in Prosperity
• Aug. 23, 8-9:30 a.m. at Community Hall in Newberry (special business focus)
• Aug. 23, 5:30-7 p.m. at Town Hall in Pomaria
