After dinner Dr. Franklin with share stories from his book "Golden Nuggets, Experiences in the Old South". Dr. Franklin grew up in Dorn's Alley located near where the McCormick County Library stands today. One of twelve children, he describes his life and times in the "Old South" of the 1940's and 1950's.
