Lander University issued the following announcement on August 26.
Students make their way across Assembly Plaza on Lander University’s campus as August 23 marks the first day back in the classroom. After a COVID-scarred year, nearly 1,800 students moved into Lander’s residence halls last week to prepare for fully in-person, on-campus college life. Outside of the classroom, Bearcats are being greeted by Welcome Week activities, packed with events like karaoke and a movie night, as well as free giveaways to welcome everyone back to campus.
